You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request a return. Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way, and complete with original tags and accessories.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, and an additional 14 days to ship the products. The process is simple, fast, and completely free. If you have a My Account, you can submit your return request directly from your profile: 1. Log into your account. 2. Go to My Orders, select the order containing the product you want to return, and click on Request a return. 3. You will receive an email with a return label to print and attach to your package, a tracking number to follow the shipment, and the courier’s phone number. 4. Arrange the package pickup with the courier by calling the phone number provided in the email or visiting the courier’s website. Please note that the collection must be arranged within 14 days from the date you requested the return. 5. Make sure the items are properly protected by using a box of suitable size. 6. Remember that the same return label cannot be used for multiple parcels. If you choose to return items from the same order at different times, you will need to initiate a separate return process for each request and follow the instructions provided in each case. As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary checks. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the refund arrangement within a few days. If the return is not compliant, our Customer Service will contact you. Please note that the return must be shipped from the country where the order was delivered. Returns sent from another country will be blocked at customs. If you choose to use a different courier, the shipping costs will be at your expense. We recommend selecting a tracked delivery service so you can monitor your shipment at all times.

In case of any defects, you can easily request a return. If you have a My Account, go to My Orders, find the item you want to return, click on Request a return, and specify the issue. If you don’t have a My Account, please contact our Customer Service directly. Once we receive your return and verify the damage, we will process the refund. Please note that we cannot accept items that are not in the same condition as received. We will keep you updated by email until your refund is confirmed.
